KASHIF MARVI
Kashif Marvi is an experienced Project Manager certified in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. He holds a Master’s Certificate from George Washington University, USA along with PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Professional) and Scrum Master. Kashif has more than 15 years of combined experience working in Asia, Africa and Canada in telecommunication and banking sector, and is currently working for one of the top 5 banks in Canada looking after Project Audits.
Kashif has been teaching PMP Exam Prep Course since 2013 with excellent feedback from the participants. He also conducts sessions on Agile Project Management, Scrum and Kanban. Kashif is also very active in volunteering and mentoring professionals and new immigrants in career guidance, resume building and interview passing techniques.
In addition to the above, Kashif volunteers his time mentoring professionals and new immigrants through TRIEC, PMC, LinkedIn and help them build their skills so that they can seamlessly integrate into the Canadian market. In recognition of his services, he has been awarded frequently with Certificates of Appreciation by the MPPs, Ministers and City Administration.
Kashif is currently member of the Board of Directors of Regional Diversity Roundtable and has been appointed as an Advisor to the Board of Directors of Peel Multicultural Council. He also co-founded an NGO by the name of Centre of Economic Integration of Immigrant Professionals where he was a founding Director till April 2019 and is currently an active volunteer.
